In partnership with JLL, E-Tech was awarded the Pulau Bukom Shell Eastern Petroleum contract — marking E-Tech’s entry into the oil and gas sector. The contract required the supply of a dedicated team of certified technicians to manage ongoing maintenance works across the Pulau Bukom refinery. Operating in a highly regulated, safety-critical environment demanded rigorous compliance, precise scheduling, and consistent service delivery. A dedicated site manager was assigned to handle all daily operational matters under senior management oversight. The contract demonstrated E-Tech’s adaptability and reliability beyond its core M&E markets.
