E-Tech has been the appointed M&E and store maintenance partner for H&M across all its Singapore mall outlets for over six years. The ongoing contract covers the full spectrum of M&E maintenance — including air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and general handyman services — across H&M's entire Singapore retail network. Additional works under this partnership have included a chain-wide LED lighting upgrade using Panasonic fittings, delivered across multiple outlets simultaneously. The longevity and breadth of the H&M contract is a testament to E-Tech's ability to manage high-volume, multi-site retail maintenance programmes to international brand standards.
