E-Tech was appointed by C&W Services (S) Pte Ltd to provide integrated maintenance services across ASTAR's Fusionopolis Two and Fusionopolis One research clusters. Works covered Fire Protection, Mechanical Systems, and Plumbing & Sanitary at Towers A and B of Innovis and Kinesis, and Tower C of Synthesis — as well as ACMV, Fire Protection, and Sanitary maintenance at Fusionopolis One. This contract represents a significant milestone in E-Tech's facilities management portfolio, delivering maintenance services for one of Singapore's premier research and innovation precincts to standards befitting an ASTAR facility.
