E-Tech was appointed to carry out full reinstatement works for the SingPost branch office at CPF Building, Tampines. The scope covered demolition, sprinkler system realignment, painting, and all associated M&E works required to restore and hand back the demised premises to specification. The project required precise coordination between M&E trades and finishing works within a tight programme, in a live retail and commercial environment. Successful completion within programme demonstrated E-Tech’s capability to manage multi-trade reinstatement contracts from start to handover.
