E-Times Issue 27 — January to March 2026
This issue opens with the Directors' assessment of a year disrupted by conflict in the Middle East and rising oil prices, and our plans to stay resilient by recruiting more professional managers and deepening support from technology partners. We introduce Edwin Soon Chuan Tiah as our new General Manager, a University of Bradford graduate in Business and Marketing Management who has built teams and opened markets across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Japan and Taiwan. Naing Naing Aung, known as Nora, who joined as an M&E Quantity Surveyor in February 2025, was promoted to Business Development Manager. We cover the pre Chinese New Year pizza lunch on Wednesday 11 February 2026 for the Year of the Fire Horse, where founder Mr Victor Teo urged the team to start embracing AI at work, along with the Golden Box hampers hand delivered to major clients. Director of Business Development Richard Teo travelled to Taizhou, Zhejiang Province from 18 to 22 January 2026 with the IMH project team and partners from G-Energy Consultant and Kandenko to conduct Factory Acceptance Testing on fan coil units, covering cooling capacity, airflow, electrical operation, control response and noise levels. The issue closes with the first quarter birthday celebration on 28 March for 11 employees.
