This year-end issue carries a message from the Directors marking 35 years in business and reviewing our diversification into infrastructure development projects, cable laying for data centres, energy saving LED lighting for sports hubs and banks, and chiller and fan coil system integration. Director of Business Development Richard Teo travelled to Suzhou, China from 1 to 4 December for the 2025 Johnson Controls APAC Supplier Conference, themed Building Momentum for JCI's 140th year, where he received the Supplier Gold Award for Execution from SEA Procurement Director Mr Yang Yi, recognition tied to the work of Project Director Aaron Kong and Project Manager Steven Ye Lin Htet Aung in Singapore. The C&W management team visited our headquarters on 24 November 2025, led by Bid Director and Head of Business Development and Commercial Management Mr Ross Green with Deputy Director Mr Lew Joon Fui, for a facilities tour and an hour-long session in the Level 3 boardroom. We also report the Long Service Awards held at the Geylang headquarters on Saturday 15 November, with watches and citations presented to 17 staff at five years and three at ten years. The issue closes with the fourth quarter birthday celebration for six employees.
