This issue traces our journey from a small family run operation started by founder Mr Teo Ah Lai, known in the trade as Victor Teo, through the 30th Anniversary in 2020 to the second generation Teo family leadership working today with CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Savills, Colliers, Knight Frank, Keppel Land, CDL, MapleTree, AMP Capital, H&M, PFS and Far East Organisation. The main story is our appointment by global pump technology group Grundfos as an Authorized Service Partner in Singapore, announced at an onboarding ceremony at Grundfos headquarters in Jalan Tukang, Jurong on Friday 8 March 2024 before some 50 key industry players, with an opening address by Grundfos Area Managing Director for Commercial Building Services South Asia Mr Tan Chee Meng and the onboarding speech by E-Tech Executive Director Mr Davies Teo. We include a full interview with Davies Teo on why E-Tech pursued ASP status and what the role involves, along with a technology tour of the Grundfos plant. Other stories cover our Christmas celebration in the final week of December, Chinese New Year hamper and mandarin orange deliveries to clients ahead of the Year of the Dragon with lohei sessions, and the renovation of our Level 8 office at 1 Kallang Way 2A to bring three of the four Executive Directors closer to the Founder's office. The issue closes with the first quarter staff birthday celebration on 5 March, bringing together 14 employees.
