E-Times Issue 19 — October to December 2023
This issue opens with a message from the E-Tech Directors reflecting on 2023 and setting out our plans to be future ready in 2024 with a stronger management team and deeper technology partnerships. We report on the Annual Long Service Awards cum Deepavali celebration, held on the Level 8 Patio at our Kallang headquarters with some 75 staff and management, where Founder Mr Victor Teo presented certificates and SANYO watches to employees marking 5 and 10 years of service. We introduce Stephan Nguyen Duong Hoang Nhat, who joined as Sales Coordinator in August 2023 and was re-designated Business Development Executive in October. Other stories cover our new corporate gift, a branded staple remover available in four colours, the decision to outsource parts of our accounts and human resource functions while retaining confidential duties in house, and the multiple IFM and maintenance contracts secured with MapleTree, JLL, CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield on three to six year terms, alongside our entry into government tendering with JTC and IRAS. We also share year-end travel from Senior Sales Coordinator April Gem Magistrado in the Philippines, Facility Management Manager Raymond Tam in Japan, and Senior Director of Corporate & Marketing Communications Adrian Loo in Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia. The issue closes with the fourth quarter staff birthday celebration on 1 December, honouring 8 employees.
