The Executive Directors report on E-Tech's performance in 2022, a year of recovery as Singapore reopened and our 32-year-old company moved further from traditional M&E work into full system integration. This issue also covers the Annual Appreciation Party and Long Service Awards for ten staff, held at Indian Curry House in Bukit Timah on 29 October, our Yellow Ribbon Employers Merit Award 2022 for Advocates of Second Chances, received by Founder Victor Teo from Minister Josephine Teo on 2 November, the six-year Cushman and Wakefield contract covering fire protection and ACMV at more than ten sites in western Singapore, new milestones including subsidiary E-Tech Smart Solutions and our growing client list, the 2023 Year of the Rabbit calendar, and fourth quarter staff birthday celebrations.
